Una empresa de marketing digital en Monterrey, Nuevo León, busca un Junior Growth Marketing Lead con experiencia en publicidad pagada en redes sociales. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 2 a 3 años de experiencia, habilidades sólidas de gestión de proyectos y una mentalidad orientada a resultados. Formación

  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia práctica en publicidad de medios pagados, especialmente en Meta y TikTok.
  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos y cumplir plazos.
  • Demostradas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y gestionar estrategias de compra de medios para campañas de Meta y TikTok.
  • Monitorear y analizar métricas de rendimiento de campañas.
  • Participar en llamadas semanales con clientes y sesiones de estrategia interna.

Your Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and managing media buying strategies for Meta and TikTok Paid Social Media campaigns.
  • Support the creation and execution of strategic paid social campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, with a focus on budget management and account optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the efficient allocation of budgets across campaigns and ad groups to maximize ROI and achieve clients' desired outcomes.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior media buyers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of weekly data reports to monitor campaign performance and communicate insights to team members.
  • Participate in weekly client calls and internal team strategy sessions, supporting senior media buyers with updates and insights.
  • Assist in reporting on creative direct response ad tests, insights, and analytics to inform new ad creative.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising.
You Must Have
  • Proven Experience in Paid Social Media: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media advertising, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok platforms. This experience should ideally come from working within a dynamic agency or a client-side environment that demands agility and innovative thinking.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Remote Work Competencies: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment, showcasing self-motivation, excellent time management, overcommunication with team members and clients via Slack to make up for lack of in-office interactions, and the ability to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or data analysis are a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong some text

  • Strategic Thinking and Creativity: Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and effective paid social strategies that align with client objectives. A keen eye for creative direction and understanding of what resonates with different audiences.

  • Result-Driven Mindset: A history of achieving and surpassing performance goals. Evidence of contributing to client success and business growth through innovative and effective campaign management.
  • Collaborative Work Ethic: Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams, demonstrating the ability to be a team player while also being capable of working independently.
