A global engineering firm in Puebla, Mexico is seeking a Junior Assembly Planner. You will be responsible for planning and implementing production equipment focusing on assembly structures. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience, particularly in the automotive industry. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of CATIA is beneficial. If you have a passion for engineering and process planning, apply now.

Formación

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience at an OEM.
  • Substantial experience in automotive planning, specifically in Assembly Equipment Planning.

Responsabilidades

  • Escort planning and implementation of production equipment.
  • Analyze and conceive assembly structures and processes.
  • Manage projects including monitoring dates and documentation.

DESCRIPTION
  • Escorting of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning.
  • Analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processes
  • Analysis and detecting of potentials for costing and F-time reduction as well as assurance of processes.
  • Development of assembly and test processes and execution of FMEAs
  • Developing of technical RFQ for equipment and assembly tools
  • Selection, design and of equipment
  • Project management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects)
  • Good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3P process and ramp-up workshops
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience at an OEM
  • Substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) Specifically in Assembly Equipment Planning and Process Planning.
  • Knowledge of ergonomics and automotive Ergonomics Standards is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Kanban Systematic
  • CATIA
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent English
  • German A2 (is a plus)
