Position Summary

This is a remote position based in Mexico. The role focuses on technical sales support and retention of existing clients by solving infrastructure related issues. The position requires travel averaging 50% of working time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all levels of clients and internal IT staff, demonstrating effective written and oral communication skills, deep analytical skills, and solution orientation.
• Evaluate and guide scalable, testable, and reliable architecture and subsequent development of projects.
• Espouse the benefits of CI/CD and assist product teams in implementing and maintaining those tools.
• Coordinate with product and project management to provide an understanding of technical feasibility of new roadmap items.
• Identify and correct ineffective or missing processes or tools that may hinder project execution.
• Work with Test Engineering to create comprehensive automated testing suites.
• Proactively identify risks, communicate them clearly to the team, and help plan for success through mitigation options.
• Technical voice for communication with third parties.
• Stay abreast of latest technologies and industry trends to serve the interests and needs of the engineering program.
• Assist Project Manager with generating new project plans and sprint capacity planning.
• Drive product excellence by helping teams define and build products that generate measurable value.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of software engineering and established best practices.
• Proficient with one or more core technologies (iOS, Android, Web, API, Backend, Test Engineering).
• At least 2 years progressive experience in IT or equivalent college experience.
• Must have experienced skills in scripting and programming languages as needed.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and modeling skill.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including ability to manage blended teams of consultants and internal resources.
• Ability to develop a strategic vision and articulate solution options and build consensus on most plausible alternatives.
