A leading manufacturing company in Mexicali is looking for a Production Planner to create and manage production plans, assign priorities, and collaborate with various departments. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, along with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in English. This role is critical in ensuring on-time delivery and managing production efficiency.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning.
• Experience with Cycle Counting and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ability to interpret critical ETAs.

Responsabilidades

• Create production plan.
• Assign priorities to meet SSD of orders for on-time delivery.
• Lead production schedule meetings with key departments.
• Collaborate with supply chain staff and other departments.
• Act as plant representative for OTD KPI results.

· Create production plan

· Assign priorities to meet SSD of orders (On time Delivery)

· Lead production schedule meetings with Materials, Shipping, and Customer Service to provide status updates and receive feedback on pending orders

· Collaborate with supply chain staff, production staff, customer service, and shipping departments to communicate production status, address material shortages, and adapt to business priority changes

· Act as plant representative for OTD KPI results, follow up, and analyze reasons for late units due to production issues
