A leading technology company in Nuevo León is seeking a Help-Desk Technician to manage and troubleshoot IT issues, maintain networks, and provide technical assistance. The ideal candidate must have over 1 year of experience in MIS and hold a college degree or above. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to help maintain IT asset inventory and emergency network handling.

Formación

• 1+ year experience in MIS is required.
• Ability to sit/stand for at least 90 minutes without limitations.
