A luxury hotel in Baja California Sur is seeking an In Room Dining Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure guests receive exceptional service. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English and have at least three years of F&B experience, preferably within luxury hospitality. The In Room Dining Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the In Room Dining and Gingers service, ensuring guests receive exceptional, personalized, and timely service in the comfort of their rooms or private residences. This role supervises the IRD and Gingers team, coordinates with kitchen and other F&B outlets, and ensures all service standards and brand guidelines are consistently met.
