Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and analyze data from diverse sources to develop comprehensive financial models and investment analyses
- Build and refine financial models to assess the feasibility and potential returns of hospitality investment opportunities
- Prepare internal and external investment memoranda for presentation to investment committees and stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members and managers on financial analyses, investment memoranda, and related matters
- Actively contribute to due diligence processes for prospective investments, including third-party evaluations where applicable
- Maintain and update financial models to reflect evolving market conditions and asset performance
- Conduct in-depth industry and market research, competitive landscapes, and economic factors
- Assist in the creation of asset management and development reports and materials, including performance summaries, strategic plans, and investor updates
- Track financial information and ensure GP-LP compliance for the private equity fund, including monitoring distributions, reporting obligations, and regulatory adherence
- Perform ad hoc and specialized analyses as requested by senior team members
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Investment banking, private equity, Real Estate, or similar field
- Financial modeling experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar
- Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and analysis
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or a related field
- Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with a quantitative mindset
- Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building, auditing, and optimizing complex financial models
- Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualifications: Detail-oriented approach with exceptional organizational abilities
- Qualifications: Formal training in financial modeling and analysis, including pro forma development
- Qualifications: Solid understanding of commercial loan terms, programs, and capital structuring principles
- Qualifications: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
