As the Integration Manager, you will have the opportunity to help lead the operations in one of Binance's largest markets worldwide.

You will play a vital role in all aspects of the business, from creating the best possible exchange through best in-field operations, to launching new product offerings in your country.

• This role requires someone who can help the leadership create and drive strategy but also roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

You will be expected to lead the integration of fiat on / off ramps to Binance exchange.

Responsibilities

• Leading integration process both strategically and tactically, as the primary POC for all tracks
• Creating the integration plan, aligning activities deadlines and owners, and executing the ongoing integration activities through plan completion
• Coordinating due diligence team activities and communicating all findings and impacts with Corporate Development and Product & FIAT teams
• Engage with our local strategic partner to eliminate roadblocks and act as facilitator between Binance and our partner's team
• Partnering cross-functionally throughout the organization (Product, Compliance, Legal, etc.) to get things done
• Drive decision-making for the project integration and demonstrate persistence in raising issues to the proper levels for attention and driving transparency at all levels surrounding integration

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven success in a similar role - leading operations / product, strong understanding of growth tactics, and a record of high-performing teams
  • Experience documenting, communicating and responding quickly to inquiries and challenges
  • Demonstrated experience operating in an unstructured & collaborative environmentTrack record of managing cross functional teams inside a fintech or scale-up
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to align on a shared vision
  • Have industry vision, good logical ability, clear thinking, good collaboration and communication ability, strong learning ability and stress resistance ability
  • Data-focused, Able to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze the data.
  • Fluent English and Spanish
