This role involves working with Sales and Marketing, ensuring operational readiness for new products, and developing efficiency tools. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience and holds a relevant degree. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Job Description

Who You'll Work With

• Inthis role you will primarily focus on supporting fulfillment readiness for one of our fast-growing segments. You will have a chance to work
• with cross-functional teams within Arista as well as Arista Manufacturing and Sales Operation leadership.
• We are looking for a candidate who is interested in helping us build an innovative and modern supply chain.

What You'll Do

• Work with Sales & Marketing to identify critical deals to better support their fulfillment
• Ensure planning and operational readiness for new products from said deals
• Translate said demand into production plans for our CM and ODM partners
• Analyze forecast fluctuations and assess supply chain variables to optimize production and fulfillment scheduling
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to get consensus on operational directions
• Develop and enhance planning tools and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a related industry
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a relevant area
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Built to thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong computer proficiency
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. SAP experience is a plus
