Responsibilities :
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Target Eagle's products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long‑term success.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to help shape future product offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.
Job Requirements :
  • Great Communication Skills : Must be articulate and have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Computer Systems : Comfortable with various computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and virtual conferencing software.
  • Diligent and Organized : Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous Experience : Experience working in the firearms industry is a plus.
  • Passionate and Adaptable : Passionate about the shooting sports industry and eager to make a significant impact, as well as adapting to the fast‑paced environment of Target Eagle.

Job Types : Full-time, Commission

Pay : $15, - $25, per month
