Una empresa de ingeniería aeroespacial busca un Ingeniero de Mantenimiento para garantizar la disponibilidad de equipos y realizar proyectos de mejora. El candidato ideal tendrá mínimo 6 años de experiencia en mantenimiento y sólidos conocimientos en sistemas eléctricos y mecánicos. Se espera que tenga habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo. El puesto ofrece un entorno dinámico con posibilidad de rotación de turnos.

Formación

• 5 años de experiencia mínima para desempeñar funciones esenciales.
• Experiencia como ingeniero de mantenimiento por al menos 6 años.
• Conocimientos avanzados en mantenimiento de equipos críticos y sistemas eléctricos, electrónicos, mecánicos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo/predictivo.
• Implementar proyectos de mejora, asegurar la seguridad y satisfacción del cliente.
• Capacitar y desarrollar cursos para técnicos.

Overview

INGENIERO DE MANTENIMIENTO V 1 1in GAC Mexicali

Position purpose: Ensure production and facilities equipment availability. To provide solutions to the company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines.
• Develop and implement improvement projects, ensure safety, follow procedures and manufacturer\'s recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering. 5 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Unique Skills:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a maintenance engineer; strategic thinking; lead teams for continuous improvement; proven experience in high-complexity impact projects with demonstrated savings; master layouts planning and execution; broad knowledge of Mexican safety regulations; results-oriented and willingness to rotate shifts.
• Position requirements include: Availability for shift rotation and a focus on results.
• Other Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge in critical equipment and building maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
• Advanced knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
• Construction blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
• Use of measuring and control systems.
• Lead improvements and projects and manage team resources.
• Data analysis driven; RCA and quality systems.
• Mentoring & training; strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Microsoft Office and CMMS maintenance systems (e.g., Maximo, MP2, Infor).
• Strong adaptability and teamwork; strong customer service attitude.
• English spoken and written (business level) and presentations.
• High performance expectation; lead people across different areas.
• Educational background plus experience in data analysis and quality systems.
