El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en el análisis de procesos y será responsable de la implementación de mejoras en el área de calidad, así como de la gestión de interacciones con proveedores. Se valorará la capacidad para trabajar en equipo y la habilidad en la resolución de problemas técnicos.

Formación

Group Summary

The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent vision systems, and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise lights the path to innovation, safety, and styling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Investigation and problem-solving within your area of responsibility, including active participation in responding to customer complaints and proposing permanent corrective actions.
  • Participate actively in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up on commitment dates related to Fast Response processes, audits, customer visits, EPC findings (formerly GP12), warranty failures, and process deviations.
  • Attend to, define, and follow up on action plans related to CRR (Continuous Risk Reduction), scrap, OEE (FTQ, availability, performance), DLE (Direct Labor Efficiency), and other line or product quality performance indicators.
  • Analyze space requirements, workflow, material handling, and design equipment and workstation layouts to ensure maximum efficiency and ergonomic work environments, and ensure 5S implementation in the area.
  • Define systems and formats for fault identification and rejection data collection (FTQ) to enable effective trend analysis and action plan formulation.
  • Implement controls for continuous risk reduction, own the process of updating and maintaining the lines' FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
  • Ensure that PPAP documentation and process controls for your lines are complete and accurate to guarantee a reliable and stable process.
  • Comply with safety, health, and ergonomic standards for your equipment.
  • Conceptualize, define, specify, document modifications, engineering changes, process improvements, and oversee RFQ processes for machinery and equipment; closely follow the request, execution, and budget processes for CapEx and tooling.
  • Estimate costs for budgets related to machinery improvements, refurbishment, or construction, including tooling or devices.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and reduce waste, focusing on startup, shift start, setup, and model changeovers.
  • Define, document, and analyze process parameters for your equipment, including designing experiments as needed.
  • Lead new program launches for plant or transfers.
  • Oversee machinery installation.
  • Manage interactions with suppliers and integrators.
