About the Role
In this opportunity as Industry Data Analyst Jr you will:
- Design and deliver in-depth financial benchmarking analyses for Strategic Insights customers as well as the broader professional markets the company serves.
- Conduct data and industry presentations for managing partners, C‑level executives and firm leaders at client firms as well as the broader professional markets and internal groups.
- Identify business development opportunities through high‑level interactions with the marketplace referrals and relationship‑building strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure the timely and professional delivery of services to manage and exceed client expectations.
- Validate data to ensure consistent reporting of defined business metrics.
- Develop content driven by insights derived from data analysis, extensive research and thorough industry knowledge across legal, tax, corporate and government spaces.
- Project manage the final production of content with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish yourself as a subject‑matter expert by articulating industry data analysis & insights through multiple mediums including client‑facing content, webinars, speaking engagements and written blog posts and whitepaper reports.
- Support new team members by contributing to onboarding and team growth.
- Plan and participate in predictive analytics and automation projects with measurable efficiency targets.
About You
You are a fit for the role of Data Analyst Jr if your background includes:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, statistics,plaatsen data science/engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, business analytics or related field preferred.
- 1‑2 years of experience.
- Familiarity with any professional service industry knowledge preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to organize data and communicate results effectively both orally and in writing.
- Financial acumen and interpersonal skills to connect with management and associated business issues.
- Personable, polished presence and professional image.
- Ability to produce work of the highest quality under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, e.g., descriptive statistics, predictive statistics, and exploratory data analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferred experience with Power BI, Power Pivot and Power Query.
- Familiar elaboración neural network concepts, e.g., prompt engineering and artificial neural networks.
- Experience with SQL, Alteryx and Python.
- Preferred experience with Predictive Modeling software and R.
- Preferred experience in Git and GitHub.
- Requirement to speak English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency in both languages.
- Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Portuguese is a bonus.
