We seek a Sponsorship and Merch Go to Market (GTM) expert based in Mexico City, to drive our music entertainment business, acting as end-to-end owner, reporting to Head of Music ES-LATAM.

Your role will focus on regional revenue management and offer growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment where your impact directly affects business outcomes. Working closely with the Amazon Ads org, you will develop a deep understanding of Amazon Ads product offerings and the various teams responsible for campaign execution.

You will familiarize yourself with how the org operates, develop best practices and standard operating procedures for how the Ads Org and AML teams collaborate to bring advertising campaigns to life, ensuring a best-in‑class experience for our advertisers. You will be directly involved in client‑facing calls, collaborating with Account Managers and Creative Campaign Managers on client communication and feedback processes, leading calls as necessary.

You will be responsible for collecting necessary data and proof of delivery (screenshots, content clips) and supplying it to the necessary teams to develop post‑campaign wrap reports.

Finally, you will work with Product Marketing teams to create and manage post‑campaign case studies for B2B purposes.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Lead local GTM, managing pitches, communications, and sharing opportunity data with Advertisement (Ad Sales) teams, partner brands, and the music industry team.
  • Lead local SOP implementation (planning) ensuring cross‑team alignment and participate in all revenue‑led routines to ensure integrated planning.
  • Develop local pre‑sale process, creating proposals through concept adaptation and enrichment.
  • Coordinate with Ad Sales Account Management and Creative Campaign Managers to establish timelines and deliverables.
  • Participate in production calls to provide timely feedback.
  • Initiate the path to unlock new content (beyond own IPs and festivals), working backwards from brand needs, Amazon Music strategy fit, and potential P&L.
  • Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and external partners to create brand content and optimize social media impact.
  • Activation Lead: During events, represent Amazon Music as the on‑site ambassador to ensure brand partner expectations are met (coordinate with Industry Marketing Manager).
Post‑sale execution :
  • Create comprehensive campaign reports including metrics, assets, and visual documentation.
  • Provide data‑driven recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Support revenue growth wider initiatives across the organization.
  • Work hand‑hand with the revenue team in a coordinated way (participating in all revenue team weekly dynamics) while fully integrated into the Industry team's strategy and guidelines.
A Day in the Life

As a core member of the Amazon Music Live Revenue team, you will lead the execution and implementation of advertiser deliverables, liaising between key stakeholders: the Amazon Music Live Revenue team, the Amazon Ads Org + Advertising Partners, the Amazon Music Industry team in MX, and Amazon Music Live and External production leads.

You will align brand entitlements and contribute to the creative brainstorming process to ensure promised elements are translated and executed within Amazon Music Live programming.

Basic Qualifications
  • Project management experience, including setting goals, managing timelines, and driving cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Media Sales, Entertainment, and / or Sponsorship orgs.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Financial experience (P&L).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in online advertising or high‑tech products / services.
  • Successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and commercial deals in the music / entertainment industry.
  • Experience developing and executing innovative, revenue‑generating initiatives that leverage artist / talent relationships.
