Overview: Know the processes and documentation of the process sheets (SOP) seeking to design, implement, manage and make efficient the production systems. Optimize work methods in labor, time and equipment. Study the production processes anticipating possible problems or risks that may arise in the operation, proposing changes and continuous improvement in them.
Job Description- Tracking metrics, Scorecard (customer) and daily filling of KPIs by department. (WOW System)
- Creation of work methods and instructions.
- Process time study (TPA).
- Optimization and efficiency of operational processes.
- You perform and attend internal T1, T2 (corporate) and T3 internal audits of the WOW system.
- Monitoring of cross-audits to the processes: SOP, Final Quality, 5s and EHS.
- Ensure WoW System Compliance
- Update and validate SOPs
- Train staff in WOW, ISO 9001, Safety 1st, problem solving tools, Lean, 5's and new processes.
- Coordinate continuous improvement events (ImpActs, savings, workshop, kaizen, six sigma)
- Analysis of services requested by the client through the commercial area.
- Preparation of flow diagrams, layouts, process mapping.
- Preparation of formats and visual aids for processes.
- Preparation of process presentations for the client.
- Collaboration with the Quality and Safety department in projects, meetings, conferences, meetings and generation of corrective and preventive action analyses (8D).
- Design and implement safety, quality, and productivity strategies.
Annual review, modification and approval of processes.
Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related career (Graduate)
Knowledge: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Troubleshooting tools, Ishikawa, 8D, office packages, KPI management, AutoCAD, Minitab, Core tools, Lean Manufacturing, Ergonomics, WITS system (desirable), Six Sigma (basic).
Experience: 3 years
Required language: Intermediate English.
Availability to travel: 50%
