A customer service company is looking for candidates willing to work US shifts, preferably with prior experience in international customer service. Ideal applicants will have strong analytical and multitasking abilities and be proficient in English. The role involves providing resolutions based on customer needs, maintaining records, and contributing to team projects. Salary ranges between $9 to $12 per month. Applications are due by 27/10/2024, with expected start on 04/11/2024.

Formación

  • Minimum experience of 1 year in an International BPO domain.
  • Experience in international customer service, preferably in the US.
  • Proficient in written English with good comprehension skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide resolution to customers using internal CRM and training knowledge.
  • Gather customer information efficiently and maintain records.
  • Think creatively to contribute to project ideation.

Job Summary
  • Willingness to work mainly US shifts.

  • Domain knowledge of US Customer Service, preferably Travel industry
  • Sales / Retention / Tech experience would be an add on
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide resolution to the customer based on process knowledge and training provided, utilizing the company's internal CRM / mainframe systems and customer purchase orders.
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions on the internal systems.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and innovative environment by contributing towards ideation for the project
