A leading technology company in Tijuana, Mexico is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and international standards. You will support audits, maintain documentation, and train team members. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in an automotive environment and a Bachelor's degree. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an automotive business environment.
• Experience working with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Good English language skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with Luxshare QMS and applicable worldwide standards.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain the QMS structure.
• Conduct training for the Luxshare Manufacturing team.
