We are looking for an experienced HR Leader who will drive organizational success through people, strategy, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire HR department.
- Act as a trusted coach and consultant to business leaders.
- Design and implement staffing, workforce, retention, and development strategies.
- Manage compensation, benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor law.
- Drive employee engagement and career development initiatives.
- Benchmark HR best practices across the maquiladora industry.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to influence business results.
Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of HR experience and 8+ years in management roles.
- Proven track record in the maquiladora industry.
- Expertise in compensation, talent & performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong strategic problem-solving, business acumen, and analytical skills.
- Skilled in talent assessment, development, and retention strategies.
- Proficient with TRESS System, HR tools, MS Office, and HR reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Fully bilingual : English – Spanish.
