HR Business Partnering
- Be part of the LAC HR Leadership team and cocreate and drive the people agenda for LAC
- Leading some of the people projects across the region as defined in the people agenda
- Create a fruitful environment for broader talent sharing among countries and functions to ensure a regional reflective work force and environment
- Work closely with cluster functions to ensure execution with brilliance & consistency.
- Partner closely with local HR and/or BEST team on robust recruitment, Becoming Bacardi on-boarding, integration & retention strategy.
- Partnering on talent management and succession planning with local HR, regional HRs and global functions to build a healthy pipeline of talents.
- Support and facilitate primo training and development programs across the region.
- In partnership with local HR, Regional C&B and Global Mobility, develop contract for international hires, expatriate promotions and internal transfers.
- Lead the HR for HR project to ensure all the HR team in LAC works as one team
- Manage different projects across the region to ensure consistency and standardization when possible
Create a winning team
- Drive of our Fearless, Family & Founders culture in the Region.
- Work closely with the broader HR teams across the Region and globally.
- Partner with senior leaders to build strong functional lead team
- Ensure employee engagement through Primo Engagement Survey (PES) action teams and leaders.
Measure of Success
- Performance: Achieve priorities in alignment with annual objectives and quarterly priorities
- Employee Engagement: Drive sustained improvement in engagement and enablement, as measured through the Primo Engagement Survey (PES) and usage of internal communications tools.
- Financial: build structure cost budget and drive effective management of the regional structure cost
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- Broad HR generalist experience with a focus on organizational change and talent management
- Experience in building and delivering effective people strategies
- Independent thinker, strong business savvy and judgment to make independent decisions
- Multicultural experience would be a plus
- Aptitude in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to create professional presentations
- Be fluent in English a second language like Portuguese would be a plus
- Accountable for making things happen
- Courage to challenge others in a positive way
