The Impact You'll Make

As our HR Lifecycle & Operations Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for employees throughout their journey at Danfoss. You’ll lead a dedicated team across North and Latin America, driving excellence in employee data management, preboarding, payroll coordination, offboarding, and continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.

Your impact? You’ll ensure data accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction through efficient operations, proactive stakeholder management, and a focus on team development. Thanks to your leadership, our shared services will deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes that support Danfoss’ commitment to operational excellence and a strong employee experience.

You’ll collaborate closely with HR Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and IT teams, taking ownership of knowledge management, process optimization, and continuous improvement—helping us move toward a more efficient and employee‑centric future.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and develop a service‑driven team of six Coordinators and Specialists across the Americas, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous growth.
  • Oversee daily Workforce Administration operations, ensuring accurate and timely data management across preboarding, payroll coordination, and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics, ensuring service quality, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction through proactive coaching and communication.
  • Drive process and knowledge management excellence, developing user‑friendly HR content, updating knowledge bases, and standardizing global‑to‑regional practices.
  • Implement and enhance shared service processes, identifying opportunities for centralization, automation, and scalability to strengthen operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in management within Shared Services or similar environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR regulations, data accuracy, and process compliance.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills, with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Experience with knowledge management systems or HR content development is preferred.
  • High motivation, positive energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
