Descripción de la vacante

Una empresa líder en tecnología de vivienda busca un HR Generalist en Monterrey, Nuevo León. El candidato será responsable de asegurar relaciones saludables entre la empresa, el sindicato y los empleados, además de garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral. Se requiere experiencia de más de 5 años en empresas grandes, habilidades de comunicación en inglés y conocimientos en métricas de HR. La posición ofrece un ambiente de trabajo inclusivo y oportunidades de crecimiento.

Formación

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en manejo de relaciones laborales en empresas con más de 200 empleados.
  • Conocimiento de Ley Federal del Trabajo, Ley de Seguridad Social, Ley Fiscal.

Responsabilidades

  • Asegurar relaciones saludables y comunicación entre la empresa, sindicato y empleados.
  • Gestionar estándares de disciplina entre todo tipos de empleados.
  • Analizar y proponer planes de acción para la mejora continua de métricas de recursos humanos.

Visión general
Responsabilidades

The HR Generalist has the main responsibility to ensure healthy relations between the company, union and personnel. In addition this position has the responsibility to ensure the compliance to the federal labor law, collective contract, code of ethics among other relevant regulations.

  • Ensure healthy relations and communication between company, union and employees
  • Ensure the compliance to the federal labor law, collective contract, code of ethics and other applicable regulations
  • Manage the discipline standards across all types of employees including visitors and contractors
  • Ensure the delivery of high quality services to the personnel such as cafeteria, transportation, etc
  • Determine work shifts as per the law
  • Analyze and propose action plans for the continuous improvement of HR Metrics
  • Generate HR Metrics such as turnover and absenteeism
  • Responsible of management and follow up to labor suits
  • Ensure the working conditions are safe and adequate for the personnel
  • Build capacity for change, including the development of training programs to develop a new culture, influencing, persuading and communication skills.
  • Ensure that the changes are implemented so that all employees feel valued and appreciated the new culture. You must use the goals and key performance indicators in order to identify successes and areas where further changes need to be made.
  • Encourage and promote the leaders and equipment initiatives and projects to improve aspects of organizational culture and working environment of the plant.
  • Verify that the benefits granted in AS provides time and correctly.
  • Coordinate the work environment surveys and take steps to improve the percentage of staff satisfaction shares.
  • Manage and protect personnel records
Requisitios

Education - bachelor in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial engineering or similar.

Experience - +5 years of experience managing employee relations in companies over 200 employees

Knowledge -

Ability to communicate in English.
