Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, culture transformation, or HR operations roles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-regional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Experience within HR, People Experience, or Employee Services environments.
  • Strong track record of developing and delivering impactful internal communications and enablement content.

Responsabilidades

  • Design and implement strategies that enable service activations and cultural shifts.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments to support adoption.
  • Develop clear communication strategies to bring transformation to life.
  • Support implementation of the People & Ops culture model across LATAM.

Conocimientos

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities
Deep understanding of employee experience, culture, and transformation dynamics
Fluent in English and Spanish
