A multinational shared services provider in Querétaro is seeking an HR Business Services Site Manager to act as the primary HR contact for approximately 600 employees. Responsibilities include leading the People and Culture agenda, collaborating with global HR partners, and ensuring compliance with local labor legislation. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of HR experience, and advanced English proficiency. This role offers an opportunity to grow and promote a respectful workplace culture.
Based in Queretaro, State of Mexico, you will be the primary HR contact for the Global Business Services organization, supporting approximately 600 employees in a multinational shared services environment. You will translate global and regional priorities into local execution to ensure service excellence, operational continuity, standardized HR practices, and a positive, compliant employee experience across the GBS site.
