This role involves developing new business with major healthcare entities, building a regional sales organization, and establishing relationships with C-level executives. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, has a proven sales track record in HealthTech, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Formación

  • Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales within HealthTech, MedTech, SaaS, insurance, or regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated experience entering new markets, launching GTM strategies, or building business from scratch.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated to build and grow a region with full ownership.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy across key countries in LATAM.
  • Open and develop new business with large hospitals, healthcare groups, private networks, and insurance companies.
  • Build and scale the regional sales organisation.
