A healthcare technology company based in Mexico is seeking a Technical Writer to assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-divisional teams and ensure accurate information for technical and nontechnical users. Key responsibilities include creating technical documents, maintaining service records, and supporting regulatory compliance. Preferred candidates will have 2-5 years of related experience in a dialysis or hospital setting, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools.

Formación

• 2 - 5 years' related experience; or an advanced degree without experience.
• Prior experience in a dialysis and/or hospital environment preferred.
• Ability to work cohesively within a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of all necessary technical documents.
• Maintain service records to track issues and corrective actions.
• Support the distribution of technical documentation to teams and customers.
• Collaborate to ensure accuracy of writing in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with various projects as assigned.
