A global energy technology company in Querétaro seeks an Occupational Health Responsible to oversee the health team's daily operations and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations. This role involves managing medical staff, conducting medical examinations, and implementing preventive health campaigns to promote employee well-being. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in Occupational Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine.
The Occupational Health Responsible oversees the daily operations of the site's health team, which includes nurses, emergency room technicians, psychologists, and nutritionists. This role begins each day by aligning the team on responsibilities and priorities to ensure high-quality care. The position is accountable for reviewing and applying occupational health regulations to maintain safe and healthy working conditions. Responsibilities include conducting periodic and new-hire medical examinations, performing preventive walkthroughs across facilities, and ensuring compliance with health standards. Essential to coordinate with management during emergencies, leading all aspects of documentation and reporting on occupational health metrics. The role also involves planning and completing preventive health campaigns—such as vaccination drives, ergonomics workshops, and nutrition talks—and driving training aligned with the company’s internal development programs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring adherence to health management protocols and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and employee well-being.
