This role involves providing leadership in infrastructure, resource management, and mentoring teams in a multicultural environment. Ideal candidates should have a degree in engineering and significant experience in Telematics products, customer-facing roles, and coaching teams. The position also emphasizes continuous improvement and strategic management of local talent.

Formación

• Proven record leading large development teams (3+ years).
• Experience in customer-facing roles (3+ years).
• Technical experience in Telematics products (5+ years).
• Experience working in international & multicultural environments (3+ years).

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the Software organization in infrastructure setup and resource management.
• Deploy and execute footprint strategy in collaboration with PL location head.
• Deliver high-quality products meeting process standards and quality KPIs.
• Mentor and coach agile teams and other line leaders.
