Overview of the Role

The Head of SMB Accounts will lead the strategic management of a $

  • M revenue portfolio spanning approximately
  • accounts and 300 active team members.

This critical role focuses on driving client retention, identifying high-potential accounts, and developing scalable engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and managing a team of Account Managers.

Owning the overall health and performance of the SMB portfolio, ensuring high retention, client satisfaction, and margin protection.

Identifying accounts with growth potential and developing tailored engagement strategies to unlock expansion opportunities.

Designing, improving, and institutionalizing playbooks and operating models for SMB account management.

Building a deep understanding of client organizations, technology roadmaps, and long-term needs to position the company as a strategic partner.

Acting as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring rapid resolution and internal accountability.

Requirements
  • Account Management: 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Delivery
  • Industry Experience: 7+ years in the tech / outsourcing sector
  • Leadership: Experience managing a team
  • Travel: Availability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Location: US Visa or EU Passport
  • Language: Advanced level of English
