A tech-enabled recruitment firm is seeking a Head of Sales to lead commercial expansion in the US and Mexico. This role involves building a scalable revenue engine and leading a high-performing sales team. The candidate should have extensive B2B sales experience and a track record of scaling revenue in the US market. Exceptional leadership skills and full proficiency in English are required. This is a full-time position with the potential for remote work in Latin America.

Formación

  • 8 years of B2B sales experience and at least 3 years leading teams.
  • Proven track record scaling revenue in the US, preferably selling to CTOs or HR leaders.
  • Experience in recruiting outsourcing or HR tech is preferred.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

  • Build and lead the US sales team and manage high-value accounts.
  • Lead enterprise expansion in Mexico and LATAM with long-term contracts.
  • Own global revenue targets and implement scalable sales model.
  • Define the company’s long-term commercial strategy and identify new market segments.
