Formación

Role

We’re looking for a senior — very senior — person who is obsessed with sales.

Someone who knows how to close, open doors, run smart outbound, and bring real opportunities to our talents.

This role is 100% focused on sales, revenue, and closed deals.

The role can be based anywhere in Latin America.

Responsibilities
  • Generate commercial opportunities with brands and agencies in the U.S.
  • Execute outbound strategies via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Actively sell our talent roster for campaigns, partnerships, and recurring contracts.
  • Negotiate deals, fees, scopes, and commercial terms.
  • Build long‑term relationships with brand and agency decision‑makers.
  • Work closely with the talent and operations teams to close and execute deals at scale.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Requirements (NON-negotiable)
  • Perfect spoken and written English.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally with brands, agencies, or talent.
  • Hunter profile, not farmer.
  • Very strong in outbound, prospecting, and follow‑ups.
  • Real seniority. We are not looking for juniors or people in training.
  • Closing, negotiation, and results‑driven mindset.
  • Clear, confident, and professional communication with senior executives.
Strong pluses
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or advertising.
  • Active network of contacts at U.S. brands or agencies.
  • Experience closing 5‑ and 6‑figure contracts.
Compensation
  • Base salary up to USD $3,000 per month.
  • Aggressive commissions on closed deals.
