Formación

Job Purpose

Pernod Ricard-owned House of Tequila is responsible for the brand management of the group’s award-winning 'Made in Mexico' range of tequila and mezcal, comprising Olmeca, Altos, Avión and Del Maguey. Its portfolio of Mexican spirits showcases the full spectrum of high-quality tequila production, and a laser focus on excellence and quality is the driving force behind the House’s work.

Head of Global Brand Content & Comms Planning

This role will report to the Global Director and help bring our creative vision to life across the Tequila portfolio. It will ensure each brand stays true to its identity while connecting with consumers in fresh and meaningful ways. It will lead communications, content, digital, experiences and partnerships to keep the portfolio consistent while allowing each brand to deliver impact. The role is also about raising the creative standard of our Tequila business. Finding new ways to create impact, drive fame and strengthen our connection with consumers. The Head of Global Content & Comms Planning will work closely with key tequila growth markets - from the US and Europe to fast‑growing regions throughout Asia to make sure ideas land with impact. Strong leadership, sound judgement and the ability to balance vision with execution are a key part of this role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the overarching communications planning framework (Consumer Activation Map) that aligns with brand positioning, global marketing priorities, and campaign objectives across owned, earned, and paid media.
  • Orchestrate integrated 360° campaigns, ensuring message consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints (e.g., social, digital, experiential, retail).
  • In collaboration with Key Markets support the articulation of campaign plans that guarantee the best adequation of assets and messages to the touchpoint plan defined by the Market.
  • Lead global digital marketing strategy, inclusive of digital content creation and Ux related initiatives (SEO, CRM) in collaboration with Global Consumer Journey team.
  • Work closely to the CCM to ensure global consistency of brands campaigns?
  • Include the portfolio to manage: Altos, DM, Avion, Olmeca, Partnership Brand.
Requirements
  • University degree in marketing.
  • Minimum 10 years marketing experience ideally within globally managed business - from major FMCG companies, spirits, car industry, luxury goods or leading global brands such as Apple, Google.
  • Digital or Advertising agency experience.
  • International experience highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish beneficial.
  • Extensive experience in comms planning, brand management, or related field ideally with global brands.
