A leading automotive company in Mexico is seeking an experienced Engineer to manage Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test environments. This role involves designing and maintaining test setups, analyzing specifications, and conducting various tests. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in software integration testing, particularly with DSpace equipment, and possesses strong communication and teamwork skills. This is a hands-on position with full-time availability, offering career growth opportunities in the innovative field of automotive technology.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software integration testing.
• 5+ years’ experience with DSpace equipment.
• Experience with feature testing preferably at system level.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience tracking projects and issues with Jira.
• Hands-on design, debugging, and integration of ECUs.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze Test/Feature documentation for signal definitions.
• Develop mappings of signals to physical connections.
• Coordinate with hardware build teams for test bench construction.
• Request and develop simulation models with the modeling team.
• Conduct testing of wiring connections on the test bench.
• Execute initial tests on integrated HiL systems.
• Provide ongoing maintenance for the HiL test environment.
• Support validation engineers with troubleshooting.
• Build and integrate test solutions based on requirements.
• Dismantle test benches and manage material post-tests.
• Manage environment test data and inventories.
