Formación

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Front Office operation to maintain high standards.
• Ensure Guests are recognized and service is promoted.
• Maximize room occupancy and implement up-selling techniques.
• Monitor performance of Front Office Team Members and train accordingly.
• Manage staffing levels and staff performance issues.
