Job Opportunity: Global Recruiter. As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter (Global) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-growing and innovative company that values collaboration, purpose, and results. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably for consumer or DTC brands. Strong English communication skills, spoken and written, are essential for success in this role. The Global Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for junior-to mid-level roles globally, including both employees and independent contractors working on a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end recruiting for all junior- to mid-level roles globally (employees and independent contractors on a full-time schedule).
  • Partnering with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, experience levels, and timelines.
  • Creating and posting job listings with clear, compelling descriptions and accurate details on background, skills, and qualifications.
  • Developing effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other targeted channels to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Conducting applicant screening (review profiles and resumes to identify qualified candidates).
  • Conducting screening interviews via phone or video to assess candidates against the job specification, evaluating experience, skills, English fluency, and cultural fit.
