A global sports organization based in Mexico is seeking a Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations to support multiple revenue streams. This role involves developing sales materials, managing CRM projects, and supporting merchandise and licensing efforts. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience in sales or management consultancy, and a passion for surfing. Enthusiasm for sports marketing and effective communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to work flexibly across projects.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant work experience with a League, team, brand, management consultancy, or media/entertainment company.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• High level of familiarity with surfing and surf culture is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sponsorship and advertising sales materials in collaboration with the sales team.
• Manage sales research, CRM, and analytics projects.
• Support WSL’s merchandise business and licensing partnerships.
