Candidates should have a background in industrial engineering or design, with 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving skills and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish are essential. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to quality improvements in production processes.

Formación

• 2–3 years’ experience at manufacturing plants and/or manufacturing processes.
• Willingness and ability to work at manufacturing plants.
• Availability for travel if necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor production status against required shipments to ensure delivery on time.
• Reject products and materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Document inspection results and generate complete reports.
• Communicate regularly with the USA team regarding quality issues.
