• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate documents.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the CoStar Real Estate Manager system.
• Coordinate remittance, abstraction, and quality assurance of lease documents.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports for facilities portfolio analysis.
• Define procedures for database use and streamline lease processes.
