Formación

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, focusing on datacenter operations, server management, and cloud services.
  • Good knowledge of datacenter infrastructure and proficiency in managing physical and virtual servers.
  • Knowledge of antivirus solutions, cybersecurity practices, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

Main responsibilities
  • Provide L2/L3 support of Server and Datacenter infrastructures, as well as the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of physical and virtual servers.
  • Manage the integration and operation of cloud services, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Ensure the implementation and uphold of IT standards, policies, and best practices defined at a Group level.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for the Service Desk to limit the intervention of Level 2 support, improving efficiency and first‑call resolution rates.
  • Coordinate with Regional IT teams to provide support and expertise in datacenter, server management, cloud, and related IT domains.
  • Assist regional teams in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, ensuring consistent service delivery across regions.
  • Coordinate with the Techpole to implement and ensure adherence to the standards defined by the Group.
Required profile & experience
  • IT specialization or equivalent by experience.
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on datacenter operations, server management, and cloud services.
  • Knowledge in the exploitation, maintenance, administration, supervision and support of IT services.
  • Good knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, and proficiency in managing and maintaining physical and virtual servers.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of antivirus solutions, cybersecurity practices, and compliance requirements.
