Responsabilidades

• Enter contracts for MSP and support new aircraft enrollments.
• Provide support for Sales, Contracts, and Customer Accounts teams.
• Manage workflow with minimum supervision.
• Develop proficiency in SAP and related systems.
• Support a global customer base with timely issue resolution.
