A leading consumer goods company in Mexico is seeking an Assistant Manager of Consolidations. In this role, you will manage the global financial close process, prepare consolidated financial statements, and lead projects for continuous improvement. Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of five years of related experience. This position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days remote.

Formación

  • Minimum five years of experience, mix of public accounting and private industry preferred.
  • Proven close process improvement experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage global general ledger close process and develop documentation.
  • Review monthly consolidated financial statements and reconciliations.
  • Participate in special projects and process improvements.

Conocimientos

Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statements
Strong leadership and project management skills
Management financial reporting experience
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA license or international equivalent
