The ideal candidate will support financial planning and analysis, requiring 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Responsibilities include monthly reporting, budget preparation, and collaboration with various teams. Formación

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced FP&A Analyst who will be able to support the USA Corporate Controller, primarily on controlling and financial planning and analysis for Guerbet.

YOUR ROLE

General Scope

  • Review and preparation of monthly closing and reporting deliverables for the USA legal entities
  • Review and correct mapping between local accounting and global reporting systems
  • Design reports in line with group chart of accounts
  • Participate in the elaboration of the budget and last estimates
  • Participate in the elaboration of the cash forecast
  • Participate in the calculations of the regional site cost recharges
  • Partner with IT on preparing or reviewing investment requests
  • Validate savings calculation for procurement
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirement / Expectations and Competences
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Deep understanding of double‑entry bookkeeping
  • Experience creating financial statements
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month‑end / year‑end close process
  • Previous experience in FP&A and system mapping
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, self‑starter, organized, and proactive
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and clear communication skills for interacting with clients and management
  • Big 4 experience preferred
YOUR BACKGROUND
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major required.
Relationship with Others
  • This position is a direct report to the USA Corporate Controller / FP&A Manager.
  • The role works closely with the Mexican SSC and finance teams in USA and France.
Working Conditions
  • Hybrid work scheme based on Mexico City.
  • Travel may be up to 10%.
