We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Supervisor to join our Finance team in Mexico City. This professional will be responsible for advanced financial analysis, accounting reconciliations, reporting accuracy, partnership with the Accounts team. The role requires excellent business communication in English, strong analytical skills, and a solid accounting foundation.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multinational environments, works collaboratively, and can deliver high-quality work in a dynamic and detail‑oriented financial structure.

Partnership with Accounts Team
  • Work closely with the executive and Accounts teams to monitor and ensure adherence to client contracts.
  • Provide financial and accounting support, including contract review and financial interpretation.
  • Upload and maintain financial and contractual documentation in the ERP and client portals.
  • Structure, organize, and maintain documentation required to support the business and ensure compliance.
Statements Analysis
  • Reconcile all expenses, performing necessary corrections, reclassifications, and adjustments to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Reconcile and validate all revenue to be recognized, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal documentation standards.
  • Reconcile, investigate, and explain all entries within the balance sheet.
  • Ensure all accounts are properly reconciled, documented, and supported in accordance with SOX guidelines.
Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing analyses, insights, and recommendations for local optimization.
  • Prepare structured reports, financial summaries, and presentations according to leadership needs.
Internal Controls
  • Follow internal control guidelines, including SOX requirements, process standardization, and documentation practices.
  • Prepare, review, and document journal entries and financial inputs in line with internal policies.
  • Work closely with the shared finance hub to ensure global process adherence.
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize standardized financial processes.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and operational enhancements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Business-level English proficiency: able to participate in meetings, write professional emails, and communicate effectively with international peers.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst.
  • Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis capabilities.
