The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. About the Role

Join our team as a Financial Due Diligence Associate/Senior Associate and play a key role in M&A transactions, restructuring, and strategic financial advisory. You'll analyze financial data, identify risks/opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Execute quality of earnings , working capital, and cash flow analysis
Evaluate financial statements to uncover risks and opportunities
Support clients in M&A decisions with data-driven recommendations
Develop executive reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
3-6 years in due diligence, audit, M&A, or financial consulting
Advanced Excel, Power BI , and financial modeling skills
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Advanced English (report writing & client meetings)
