• Experience leading teams and working in shared services environments.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Fixed Asset and Intercompany accounting processes for LATAM.
• Oversee reconciliations, KPIs, and compliance with SLAs.
• Coordinate tasks to ensure workload balance and timely completion.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and support automation projects.
• Act as liaison between Shared Services Center and operating divisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Prepare strategic reports and present financial analysis.

About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Supervisor to lead our Fixed Assets and Intercompany processes for LATAM operations. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records, drives process standardization, and supports regional and corporate initiatives. You will manage a team of analysts, act as the first point of escalation, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure accurate execution of Fixed Asset and Intercompany accounting processes for LATAM.
• Oversee reconciliations, KPIs, and compliance with SLAs.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to the team, ensuring timely completion and workload balance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and support automation projects.
• Act as liaison between Shared Services Center and operating divisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies.
• Prepare strategic reports and present financial analysis to regional teams.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in Finance roles (General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany).
• Experience leading teams and working in shared services environments.

Skills

• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, R12).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: Experience with process automation and integration projects.
