Formación

Responsibilities

TheOpportunity

PepsiCo strategy include focused efforts to digitalize the company and build capabilities across the company. These capabilities are: Innovate/Market, Plan, Make, Sell and Deliver.

Inside the Plan capability, one of the main enablers is Mosaic Planning, for becoming more capable, more agile and more efficient. Mosaic is a global, integrated, and predictive planning tool aligned to the FP&A module of PepsiCo’s Global Template that is currently operating in certain OUs (Europe, AMESA, APAC and North America) and will be rolled-out across every Sector.

This role will ensure the continuous stability, correction, and enhancement/programming of the Mosaic tools, , and processes (IBM Planning analytics & Alteryx). The person should be able to support or have experience with the writing, modifying, and testing code and scripts that allow Mosaic system to function properly. The coordinator will interact with PepsiCo Beverages North America, PepsiCo Foods North America & PepsiCo Foods Mexico end-users of Mosaic daily, guiding and helping them conduct planning activities on Mosaic; and ensuring Mosaic system is upgraded accordingly business needs.

As Finance FP - MOSAIC Finance Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Support core planning processes (Month-end closing, forecast, budget, etc.) through data collection, verification, and processing, to ensure timely submission to GBS and Sector, looking for automation, digitalization and streamlining of current processes.
  • Partner with Finance and Non-Finance stakeholders (Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Control, etc.) guiding them to ensuring a robust and working solution across PBNA, PMF & PFNA.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on any topic related to Mosaic – first line of defense in front of end-users.
  • Identifies issues and define action plans in response to findings and ensure timely resolution – Escalate issues if needed.
  • Deliver training to end-users (population ranging from L8 to LG2).
  • Manage IT/consulting houses to get the required fixes in the solution, test the system and drive enhancement.
  • Ensure the continuous stability, correction, and enhancement/programming of the Mosaic tools, and processes.
  • Support or have experience with the writing, modifying, and testing code and scripts that allow Mosaic system to function properly.

Experience

  • At least 2 or 3 + of experience in Food & Beverage industry or massive consumption market "CPG" and Consulting.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience operating in a data analyst or business data analyst or business intelligence or business architect role.
  • 100% English language proficiency both oral and written.
  • Build Data Definition Language (DDL) constructs iteratively based on feedback from data engineers and evolving business requirements.
  • Proficiency with Mosaic Tech, IBM Planning or TM1 Tool is a nice to have.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Excel, Power Point, etc.) is a must.
  • Knowledge of systems (SAP, HFM, Alteryx, Power BI, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Azure Data Lake, Hive, Presto, Synapse, Python, R, Trifacta, Alteryx, Azure Data Factory) Nice to have.
