What you will do:

• Maintain and develop financial reporting for all business units (Product Marketing HQ).
• Analyze key metrics such as First Cash Bookings, Refunds, Revenue.
• Supervise revenue recognition process and adapt revenue recognition to the new products.
• Work on automating financial reports and processes using modern tools (PySpark, Airflow, Tableau).
• Develop dashboards and reports for various stakeholders (management, operational teams).
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and other teams to create analytics that meet current and strategic business needs.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on business processes (Revenue Bookings, ARPPU, Cash In, etc.).
• Sufficiently proficient in Python and SQL for analytics & automation.
• Working experience on analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, PySpark, Airflow).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiar with educational products.
• Able to independently analyze data and generate hypotheses.
• Experience with PySpark.
