About The Role

Obsidian Security is seeking a Field Marketing Manager who will own the strategy and execution of regional and segment-focused field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate deals, and deepen customer engagement. This role partners closely with Sales, SDRs, Partners, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation.

The position will be remote-based (Atlanta/ D.C.) and report to the Director of Field Marketing.

What You Will Do
Field & Regional Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned to revenue goals
  • Own quarterly and annual field marketing planning with Sales leadership aligned to the East region of the US.
  • Localize corporate campaigns for regional execution
Pipeline & Revenue Impact
  • Drive pipeline through in-person events, virtual programs, ABM, and partner initiatives
  • Forecast and track pipeline contribution and ROI
  • Optimize programs based on data and sales feedback
Events & Experiences
  • Execute executive dinners, field programs, trade shows, and virtual events
  • Manage end-to-end execution, including budget, vendors, logistics, and follow-up
Sales & Partner Alignment
  • Act as the primary marketing partner to regional sales teams
  • Collaborate with Channel and Alliance teams on joint initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align with Product Marketing on messaging and personas
  • Partner with Demand Gen and Marketing Ops on targeting and reporting
Measurement & Reporting
  • Own reporting on pipeline, revenue influence, and engagement
  • Maintain accurate tracking in CRM and marketing automation tools
What We Are Looking For
  • 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience with a field marketing focus
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity preferred
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Strong sales partnership and communication skills
Preferred
  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools
  • Partner and channel marketing experience
  • Salesforce and Marketo (or similar) experience

Pay Transparency: Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for sales commission or incentive compensation based on the role or function within the company.

Base Salary Range: $135,000 USD - $150,000 USD
