A leading SaaS security provider is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives and enhance customer engagement. This remote-based role requires 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity. Responsibilities include executing marketing plans aligned to revenue goals, managing events, and collaborating with sales teams. Obsidian Security is seeking a Field Marketing Manager who will own the strategy and execution of regional and segment-focused field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate deals, and deepen customer engagement. This role partners closely with Sales, SDRs, Partners, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation.
The position will be remote-based (Atlanta/ D.C.) and report to the Director of Field Marketing.

Pay Transparency: Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for sales commission or incentive compensation based on the role or function within the company.

Base Salary Range: $135,000 USD - $150,000 USD
