A prestigious hospitality brand in Mexico City is seeking a dedicated hotel operations leader to create exceptional guest experiences in both Food & Beverage and Rooms. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in hotel operations, inspiring leadership skills, and the ability to optimize processes and enhance profitability while maintaining a focus on design and quality. Full availability required, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

  • Solid experience in Hotel Operations, preferably in Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

Solid and verifiable experience in Hotel Operations, preferably in Food & Beverage (previous supervisor/leadership experience required).

Strong results-driven approach, with the ability to optimize processes, control costs, elevate quality standards, and enhance profitability.

Inspiring leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Sensitivity to design, detail, and the guest experience, ensuring consistency at every touchpoint.

Proficiency in English, essential for communication with international guests.

High communication skills, active listening, and a genuine sense of hospitality.

Full schedule availability, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
