A luxury resort in Mexico is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to oversee all pastry operations. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of food quality and training. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of management experience in a remote kitchen environment and is fluent in English and Spanish. The Executive Pastry Chef will support the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operation of the Kitchen’s bake/pastry, overseeing all operations including training, quality controls inspection, food safety assurance, and supervising all staff in order to ensure the highest standards of food quality.
