About The Role

The role ensures events meet financial targets and involves supervising a business support team while handling complex tasks. The position requires analysis and problem‑solving within established practices.

Responsibilities
  • Organizes events, including exhibitor/visitor sales, marketing, program development, and on‑site operations.
  • Ensures the event meets revenue, expense, and profit goals within event production and operations.
  • Supervises a business support team while also performing hands‑on tasks.
  • Accountable for team outcomes, works within set practices, handles complex assignments, and analyzes problems to find solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales team management experience
  • Strong leadership in sales
  • Background in events or expos
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Power BI
  • Skilled at coaching and training teams.
